all other items that could be affected including movable furniture,
built-in furniture, pumbing fixtures, etc.

our inspection we provide you with a written warrantee that none of
these areas shall be affected by our installation. Our pledge to you
is a written ten year warrantee on our installation, over and above
the manufacturers warrantee.
